The organization is composed and operated by graduates and volunteers who share a vision of global community through personal evolution. We believe that individual greatness and the courage of personal action are derived from the capacity of authentically knowing oneself through the eyes of community.

Together we create an atmosphere of mutual support and encouragement for growth, through social events and course design and production. By combining our perspectives and experience we’ve created a unique educational methodology to bring profound transformational experiences to the world.
